How many types of ice machines are there?
There are basically just three main installation types:
- Countertop
- Undercounter
- Freestanding
Within the tabletop and stand-alone types, you have two options: a unit that makes ice only, or one that makes ice and dispense water. A commercial ice maker is typically a free-standing model.
